Start with the moments readers need to see

The filled lighthouse example is a four-panel page. Edit it, add pages, and move panels to test the order. Action describes artwork. Dialogue describes the words inside bubbles. Captions carry narration.

Keep a reusable draft

Download text to share with an artist. Print the complete chapter or save it as PDF. Export project JSON to continue editing later. Import only a matching Konyomi script project. Import replaces the current draft.

A prose manuscript describes a story. A panel script chooses what belongs on each page. This builder formats your choices. It does not adapt prose, invent shots or generate artwork.

Limits: 100 pages, 30 panels per page and 10,000 characters per field. These are editor limits, not recommended chapter sizes. No draft survives a reload unless you exported it.

Read the manga script format guide. Check the cast in a character continuity sheet and test speech in the dialogue-fit preview.

Common questions

Does this turn prose into manga?

No. You supply every panel and line. The builder organizes your script without generating text or artwork.

How do I save my script?
